As we have been focusing on the energy of CHANGE and FREEDOM in the month of September,

I have chosen the LIMITS OF BELIEF card from the Sacred Geometry deck. This beautiful oracle deck, is thought provoking and delightful. While trying to get to the root of freedom and to truly understand its meaning and invoke it in myself, I searched through Ivan’s deck. Several cards seem to fit and so I will offer those at this weeks Thoughtful Thursday Meditation. One card stood out- this card speaks to me. Can't say I fully grasp it but parts of it resonate deeply. Give it a go:

1) sit in comfortable meditation position with the card at eye level, focus on dot in middle, blinking as little as possible

2) when your awareness begins to shift inward, close your eyes

3) become the observer, watch yourself

4) when you feel complete, take several deep breaths, wiggle fingers
