I loved the card making and writing down intentions September 6, 2016
Tricia's book gives me more info each time I pick it up!! Finding out more information about myself and how to maneuver through my fitness, what an eye-opener. I loved the card making and writing down intentions, great reminders to stay on track and follow thru.Already have walked more than any time last month, so something switched in me for the better, thanks so much Tricia!

Easy Read - Great Information and Approach September 6, 2016
I loved this book. So much of it "just makes sense" - and the way she phrases certain road blocks really spoke to me. I can't wait to start implementing what I've learned. VERY easy read - lickity split great info!

Wish there was more!!! September 5, 2016
So much interesting information to consider! In figuring out my life path # ALOT of the information and the "whys" range so true. Then, true to my "2" I started calculating other people's # so I could help/focus on them instead of myself. HA ! My first assignment, re-read chapter 1.
