2026 Universal Year Energy Guide with Numerology + Transit's
I’ll never forget the hospice patient I met in Hawaii. She was dying in a studio apartment, surrounded by wall-to-wall boxes. Her unfinished book - the one she’d been meaning to write for decades - was somewhere in those boxes. The regret was so heavy it felt like it was taking up more space than the boxes themselves.
I’m a 37/10/1 Life Path- the 3 wants me on the stage or on the page and people had been telling me to write since I was 16, but my 1 ego kept saying “not yet” or “not good enough.”
Standing next to her medical bed, I made a choice: I would not die with my work still boxed up.
This is what the 1 Universal Year energy of 2026 is asking all of us: What are you still keeping boxed up? What new thing - the thing only YOU can do - are you avoiding?
My hospice client felt she needed more time, but my impression was that she needed to have said yes to herself sooner.
2026 is your “sooner.”
I don’t like making ‘predictions’ BUT when the energies from Numerology and Astrology align (and match your personal numerology chart!), it does feel prophetic. By reviewing past energies and what you observed, you start to see these connections. If you had the balls to be open to letting things go in 2025 - a 9 year - good job. You made room for what 2026 will bring. I get the visual of an overstuffed suitcase. Even if you can stuff another item in, you’re gonna pay extra at check-in! The 1 Universal Year Energy combined with Jupiter in Gemini wants us to add something new: we need to have space for it.
If you didn’t practice letting go (Some entrepreneurs used my Mystical CEO’s guide show on the right) or you weren’t open to it, you could struggle. In my suitcase visual: the physicality of stuffing a suitcase or the financial impact of being overweight. The Spiritual Law of Cycles that the 9 teaches is pretty straightforward: shit comes to an end. Both good shit and the not-so-good shit.
Endings are always happening in nature - we can’t stop it. I remember the first time I began using “I release all that does not serve me, I accept all that does.” It was very uncomfortable but necessary nonetheless.

2026 Universal Year Energy Guide- Your “Never Have I Ever” Moment
In numerology, the Universal Year is calculated by adding the digits of the current year (2+0+2+6 = 10, 1+0 = 1). This is the energy available to everyone. The 1 is the number of new beginnings, fresh starts, and pioneering energy. It’s about originality, independence, bold action, and doing things that have never been done before. After the completion and release of 2025’s 9 energy, the 1 asks us to plant new seeds, step into leadership (even if it’s just leading your own life), and be unapologetically authentic. Think of it as the Universe shouting “Go”!
The Cosmic Backdrop: Why 2026 Feels Different
Think of planetary transits like weather patterns. When planets move into new positions, they shift the energetic “climate” we’re all living in. I pay attention to them when they repeat the energy of the Universal Year and/or Month. Here’s what’s happening in 2026:
Pluto in Aquarius (2024-2044)
I’ve had this alignment posted on my bulletin board since 2023. Tearing down old systems and structures so we can build something completely new sounds so necessary- doesn’t it? This 20-year transit is the demolition crew clearing space for innovation.
Jupiter in Gemini (through June 2026) Communication, learning, and collaboration are expanding in a new direction.
