Free March Numeroscope

March, the third month of the year. We have now begun to see the effects of the new year. We will be the ones that make the difference. We have the wisdom and determination to make the changes we need to make. We can chose a life that is filled with ease and grace. What remains to be done is making that decision. The month will start like a lion- it is supposed to, yes? How will it go out, like a lamb- you say? Well only if you think it will! The month will also bring some weirdness, like unexplained things. The number 3- the creative energy, will bring us some interesting things, you’ll just need to watch. You can start the month by reviewing your reading below- it is a special one directly from my guides. I have skipped over the point that I am communicating with them directly. Sorry about that but it is so weird I have trouble finding the words to describe how I feel about it. No worries, I’ll fill you in soon. In the meantime please enjoy their wisdom as I have for the last two months.

  1. Life Path You are so independent it is like breaking through concrete to get an idea past you. You don’t know everything, yet you make decisions anyway. Let me tell you something, (this is going to hurt a little)- stop trying to figure out everything yourself. Be quiet, please relax and let life come to you. Oh and stop arguing with people who are trying to help you! (Ouch! Tricia here- that was to me, I can deal with it. Sometimes good advice hurts a little at first)
     
  2. Life Path When was the last time you took time for yourself? Balance, huh! You don’t know the meaning. You keep catering to others, well this is fine and good, if you like to cater to others BUT you’re resentful, so stop it. You are kind and loveable, you will be the same and MORE if you spend some time and energy on yourself.
     
  3. Life Path We cannot stress enough what a scrooge you have been. You have been scrounging all of your ideas, afraid to share. Those ideas are piling up like an episode of “Hoarding, Buried Alive”. If you don’t want to do anything with your ideas then at least share them with someone who will. Afraid you won’t get credit? You’re not getting credit now so what is the difference? And maybe, just maybe, you will share an idea with someone who is willing to share credit…are you ready for that?
     
  4.  Life Path You have been heading in the wrong direction. You may hit a wall. You could veer off course but this would mean a change. We know how you feel about that. “What have I been doing?”- this is a good question to ask yourself, for only this will tell you the reason for such a hit. You will survive but maybe consider veering off course so you know what is on the road ahead.
     
  5. Life Path Well, what can we tell a 5 that they don’t already “know”? The problems with the 5 energy is that they “know” but they won’t heed it. They like to be in control but by not making decision they create problems for themselves. They lack the conviction behind their decisions. They need to understand that only their heart really knows. Let’s just say they can’t have all they desire but that is because they want things that are not in their best interest.
     
  6. Life Path We all know how loving a six can be, overwhelming sometimes but that is okay. Those that are around sixes get a sense they are important, this is good. What 6’s need to do is consider how important they are to things. They need to get with the program they created, the one they made up from their heart. They fear that loved ones will not ‘feel’ love if they go in this direction. The opposite is true. When they follow their heart MORE love will come to everyone who comes into contact with a 6!
     
  7. Life Path The times when you think no one is watching are the times YOU need to be. What are you doing to yourself? Why are you doing that? These are important questions to be answered. You’re not doing anyone any good by being some where you don’t want to be. You need to focus on what is right for you not the entire group.
     
  8. Life Path You have been relying on your business savvy for a long time. Now it is time to throw caution to the wind- ask your heart, not your head. Think about it, how has your head been serving you? Oh, yes, causing you pain. Now is time to let the heart take over. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
     
  9. Life Path Well, it is hard to tell you something, you do know a lot but you don’t know everything. One thing that gets past you is how you feel about things. Really concentrate on how something makes you feel. My guess is you will have trouble answering this. Don’t give up. It is in your best interest to do it this way.

FitScope- intuitive guidance for your fittest life

Part One of Two

It is sad to see the end of summer that the ninth month of September brings but when things come to an end, something new is just around the corner. The energy of nine is service to humanity, brotherhood, personal truth, and living with integrity.  September is also suicide prevention month as well as addiction month. These two subjects are current media topics. They are daunting but they always bare discussing.  Combining service to humanity and integrity, charity can start at home by doing our best to avoid addiction and depression.

One known way to ward off addiction and depression is exercise. There really is no debating how beneficial exercise is to elevate a person’s mood. Figuring out our resistance to it when it is so good for us is the key. Are you tried of making excuses not to exercise? Ever consider that you just might not have found the right kind of movement that fits your mind, body and soul?

I have created for you a *FitnesScope- intuitive fitness guidance based on your numerology. We are not talking Cross Fit or Tri-athlete here or six pack abs. We are talking about incorporating fitness into your life with easy and grace.   

Figure out your Life Path number: add all digits of your birthday until you get a single digit.  

          Example: August 4 1969 is a 1 Life Path -     8 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 6 + 9= 37,    3 + 7=10,    1+0 = 1 

1 Life Path- Because of your creative and expressive nature you need more than the average amount of exercise each day. Since you spend much time alone and much time in your head chose an activity that is simple, easy to follow (dare I say “mindless”?) and fun.  Also try mixing in activities you enjoyed as a child. The more playful and silly the better! Find some kids to show you how.

2 Life Path-  You need exercise that releases muscular tension. One that requires balance.  Include independent activities for yourself and above all choose what YOU like. Try uplifting movement that has music, dancing, or deep breathing. Add beauty by choosing colors and surroundings that appeal to you. Include stretching and meditation every day. 

3  Life Path- Expressive movement suits you best.  Find inspiring energetic music or write your own. Chose music that mirrors your current feelings and move with it. Consider teaching, leading or creating a fitness class of your own. Your creativity and enthusiasm alone make you qualified for such an endeavor.

4  Life Path- Step by step and goal oriented fitness program works best for you. Sign up for a half marathon then train for it. Make it a goal to be a black belt within 2 years, etc. Does competition motivate you? Try a team sport.  

5 Life Path-You will get the freedom you need when you create a disciplined approach to your fitness program. Freedom from health worries, freedom to sleep well, freedom in your diet choices, etc. Varity is very important. If you are missing work outs or don’t work out at all it might be due to boredom. Something simple as walking can be changed up by going at a different time of day, different location, adding music, books on tape or comedy that is free on Pandora. Don’t do the same work out two days in a row. Being regimented doesn’t mean being boring. (Fast moving Aerobics class, Zumba, you don’t have to be super fit or know how to dance to enjoy this class!) Note: if you are talking a lot during a class you might be bored. If you enjoy talking while working out, use ear buds and microphone and talk while walking outside, not indoors this is annoying to do around others.

6 Life Path-  Pick any physical activity you think you are not very good at and do it anyway. Guess what, it will be perfect because it is good for you. Notice how you feel while you exercise. Picture running like Phoebe in the Friends episode, an anything goes kind of attitude. Try Tai Chi or something similar so you can slow down and enjoy the process. Like to golf? Don’t take a cart, don’t keep score, and while you are walking between holes notice your surroundings.  

7 Life Path-Try to do as many outdoor activities as possible. Mix in something you enjoy that requires attention/concentration, counting or that builds upon proceeding classes.

8 Life Path- Tapping into your inner abundance and power is the key to your fitness routine. Be a workout buddy, inspire and encourage others to exercise. Sharing in this area will certainly motivate yourself and others to meet fitness goals. Can you share your abundance with others by offering a free class or volunteer to teach? 

9 Life Path- Gee, you are good at so many things. What to choose, what to choose? You lead others without trying, imagine what you can do if you made a conscious attempt at it? Look deep into your heart, honor your conviction to better health and get something started today.

August Guidance

Horoscopes offer some hint as to what is to come based on our birth date. Numerology takes this concept a step forward and offers valid insight on life challenges based on our birth number. It is when we resolve those challenges that we get closer to our true potential. I offer you a bit of this insight here. First, in general terms, and then in more specific terms based on your birth number. A “Numeroscope” if you will.

August being the 8th month has the energy of abundance and power. These exciting attributes can have two sides, so a personal examination might be in order. Let’s take the “back to school” vibe (teacher energy of 4 twice!) that August has and check in with ourselves to see how we’d grade our inner abundance and power. Here is a quick test:

What pushes your buttons? What twirls your skirt? Which foods treat you the best?  What exercise suits your body? What type of work benefits you? How much alone time do you need?(Those that are laughing at this concept really need to check in!) Do you allow people to be themselves? (Freedom's List) Do you honor your own uniqueness?

  1. Spend time outdoors. Meditation is almost automatic when surrounded by nature. Smell, touch, listen, linger, appreciate, slow down, en-JOY!
  2.  Create balance within when you make necessary dietary changes. Do you need: detox, nutritionist, reduce/eliminate chemicals/processed foods, increase veggies?
  3.  Is there a female in your life that needs your attention? Healing or en-JOY-ing this relationship benefits your entire life. (note: could be yourself if you're female) 
  4. Practice only saying "yes" to the things that you really want to do. Coming from love and being true to yourself makes for a good role model.
  5. Is there a boy in your life or other child that needs your attention? Ask your angels to guide you. 
  6. Keep tending to your positive thoughts, you will reap the rewards.
  7. Use positive affirmations to attract what you desire. Doing so will also create optimism, faith and self- confidence.
  8. Tune into your physical self. Ask your body what it needs and give it unconditional love. Pay attention to your hunches and intuitive guidance regarding our health.
  9. What skills and talents do you have that need to be polished and shared?  Accomplish something new with what you chose to hone.
  10. Prepare for new life coming your way! Be it a child, idea, project or a gift.
  11. Keep your thoughts positive, believe in yourself. Let go of all your worries. Your guides are with you as your positive thoughts manifest.  
  12. Check your diet. Would you benefit from eating more organic veggies, fruits and nuts? Ask your guides to help and send you support, don't go it alone.

Just like the number 8 you possess an incredible amount of abundance and power. Tap into that power by learning something new about yourself this month!
